Ok, someone requested me to made this tut.For first i show you outcoming image
Ok, now how to create this
For first U must download Sinedots plugin.Its free plugin and U can google it
-Install it(in the zip file with plugin is txt file with steps how to install)
And we can start
1)Create new document 650x650 (but can be higher) with white background
2)Fill your document with blue color(with paint bucket tool(G)), i used this color R>24 G>100 B>162
3)Now duplicate the layer with Ctrl+J
4)Go to Filter>DragonFly>Sinedots and play with the settings, but remember to DONT select Inverse button.For inspiration this is my settings of Sinedots filter
5)Cool, it looks cool, but we made it better
Set blend mode of our sinedots layer to Lighten.Create new layer(ctrl+shift+n) and fill with our blue color.Go to Filter>DragonFly>Sinedots and again play with the settings.Remember on Invers button(DONT use it).After apply filter, set blend mode to Lighten
6)We are almost done!Now merge layers down(ctrl+e), duplicated layer(ctrl+j) and set its blending mode to Color Burn and opacity about 35%.Duplicate this duplicated layer
and set opacity to 100%
7)Now we must play with layers.Duplicate layer 1 copy 2 and set blending mode Difference.Duplicate this layer.Duplicate again and set blending mode to Multiply.Now create new layer(ctrl+shift+n) and fill with our blue color.Set blending mode to color and Voila!
