I liked this tutorial. I've made wires, before, but I've never gotten the metallic effect quite right. Now I will. Thanks!

Smile Best wire tut EVER!!!!

This is probably the best wire tutorial i have ever seen and considering how long i have been searching for the optimal way to do wires i would say i have seen quite many... this one beats them all by far.

Not only can you shape them as you want but have the ability to use this rounded brush with it...

The possibilities are endless, colors, lighting, shape, transparency...

Thinking about making a clear glass design with glass wires. This would be even cooller as a png picture in the background selected by style sheet (skin selection) with the glass design on top.

With the IE7 transparency - its all possible and out there... have fun people's.

Thnx again for a great tutorial that has possibilities that just can't be ignored.

cool i finally figured out how to use the line tool. man I was hating that confinement lol. cool tut I made shed snake skin looking stuff with it.

Thank you for posting this tut... now, using any color, I can give my wires a more metallic feel when needed...

i badly suck at photoshop but thanks to your tutorial (after an hour of messing with photoshop) i managed to get it good
