maybe this sound weird but if you change something to the colors it just looks like somekind of blood & guts spread

Nice tutorial

It gave me some ideas for abstract paintings. It also could be used to make mountains. I'm sure though much more work is needed to really make it look like water. It looks more like paint strokes right now than water.

Good tutorial...however, I got it to look like REAL water more by setting the blend mode to 'DIFFERENCE'.
