what do u mean by "Step 4: Grab the object you want to wrap your swirl around and place your swirl exactly on top. You can rotate the spiral as you see fit, but your end result will be better if you keep it perfectly horizontal or vertical. In this case I've decided to wrap the spiral around a simple pipe."
It kinda got me lost there sorry! lol

hey! why not using your mind! you could do the same as you first did with the line. I mean you can put some dots with a soft brush!

I didn't think that it was that easy to make a light swirl.

I simply means that you should place your spiral in a layer on top of (and orientated to) whatever you want it to go around. The underlying object is best if it is perfectly horizontal/vertical, as this will make the effect look better.
