I can't do 1.step... when i need to use "single row marquee tool" it makes an error "warning:No pixels are more than 50% selected. The selection edges will not be visible"!! Help me , please.

Check your feather value. It should be 0px as default, but sometimes it can go above that. Dunno why its even settable... I mean, a feather more than 0px on a 'single row selection tool' would make me more than a single row by default... dont'cha think??
