Video Game Related Sigs

Hear are some sigs that I worked on for some friends a couple of monthes ago. They're video game in nature and only took me a couple of hours each. Constructive critisim is always welcomed. For the animated parts of the sigs, I used sprite rips from the accual games.

Hmm...I'm not sure you can claim copyright if you have (as you admitted yourself) "used sprite rips" from existing games - unless you created the original games, too.

Your right, how dumb of me...

what I ment was that the original works seen hear were done by me.

Wow, I hate to say it, but one of those looks suspiciously familiar to a sig I submitted to the gallery here

loki has a point. I (just for lack of anything better to do) put both in photoshop
layered one over the other and selected difference for the layer mode on the top layer.
the result was a black canvas. almost every pixel cancelled the underlying one out.

sorry, but if what you say is true supertackyman....than Loki's designs have to go around on the web...to be "rediscovered" by gman and than claimed by him as wel.

But maybe gman, has a very simple explanation for this, lets hear him out

If he's "claimed" them, he has to give credit due where credit belongs or else it's plageurism.

Im just saying that he might have a different explanation...and that we should give him time to do his bidding

Cause at the moment we are bombarding this thread with reply's filled of copyrights and claims....

And its just one of his pics right? not all of them? And if we give him that bit of space he can credit you there

You're right, he might have a different explanation.

A co-wroker and I were not able to find the majority of those sigs using google, also if you look at the second link in my first post you'll see the original thread I started a few years back with all 5 of those sigs he's claiming are his.

Nope, it's all 5. Click on the second link Loki gives in his first post. Dude ripped him off. Is this site all about cutting slack when some one uses someone else's work as their own? Isn't that the worst thing you can do to an artist?

You're absolutely right: all 5 designs are exact copies of Loki's.

For what it's worth, gman11234 hasn't been around here since the end of March. Maybe he's run away already.

Yeah, sorry just didnlt look far enough (srry loki!)

But I guess he should be banned, or al least we al should give him some negative cred! It probably won't change a thing...but still, he has to know that we don't want to see that kind of "artists" around here!

Btw loki, I do like those WIP's, if that matters any more
