I cant really think how this could take a while, but it's a start. Try working more with layers than with layer effects. Maybe a bit smoother fading would also help on your next animation. Keep practising

i wasnt try to make an animation...just the final result...that why i did it slow.

I know it may be a bit late but I think you should make an animation from it, and when you do so..turvas tips would be usefull. Anyways, like the idea as I said before, but I think it looks a bit plastified now....like the face just becomes plastic....I don't think you want that kind of an effect. But I don't know how to solve it.....
