Hmmmm, its ok, but the colour mix is a tad strange. You may want to use a different colour of wood... say a light pine? Oh, and make the texture a tad bigger so it doesnt tile so often. Apart from that its fine.

I dont like the red background, makes it look sick. I would change it to black since it would bring out your white logo abit more.

I like the red wood color. Looks like a cherry type of finish.

I do have comments about the wood though - it's too smooth, you need it a little more grainy. And lastly, it has a tiled look.

The logo could use a 'little' bevel. And I'm stressing the world 'little'. If you over-do it it'll look nub-ish.
