I'd love to post some constructive criticism, but it looks too good. I'd love to see the layered file to see how you accomplished a few of the aspects of this design... excellent job.

Excellent plastic shine you have there. Looks amazing. The colors are also really good so keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to see more of your art. Welcome to Biorust also, nice to have you here.

Thankyou stiney51, I built the image at 300 dpi 12 x 13 inches. I was working on some techniques to use in a Tshirt design the larger size makes the layer styles act totaly diffrent. they have much finer adjustments. I did the reflections in the center of the work OAK with my wacom tablet. the graphic of the tree started out as a 1 inch line art drawing on paper that i scanned in and blew up with my scanner then I turned it into a symbol most everything is done with layer styles and live objects. I was expermenting around with the effects of layer styles when you scale them. and they act very diffrent at diffrent sizes. I wish there was a way to have the style scale. Dose anyone know if there is? Thanks for your comments.

Ahhh, its really quite easy to scale the effects... even though the feature is well hidden! You can find it over @ Layer>Layer Style>Scale Effects.

Wow... I'm stunned. Like Telos, I love the plastic effects, and also the way you did the border around the tree. Of course the background is rather plain, but it is good that way because it doesn't distract from the main design. Keep up the good work!

Another revelation! I must of been blind! Big thumbs up to Man1c M0g for pointing out that you can scale the layer effects. As Mr.Simpson would say....DOH!!!! I feel very stupid now.
