ive been told by others that it needs a makeover and i quite agree. could you tell me what you think of this one then possibly suggest a layout i should make for next time?

btw the biorust layout tickles my fancy, so if your gonna suggest something suggest something that doesnt have too many curves and is sorta long and metallic looking.

Way too simplistic for my taste.

Rectangle Marquee > Gradient > Stroke.

You need something more creative. Something original that's more advanced.

Well, its as S2F says - the structure and content is sound, but the layout needs more 'ooomph'. In my opinion its a little too 2-dimensional for its own good...

it looks not to great, the content is good though.

Is it me, or is every one selling their own services in this industry. I mean like to get clients, you have to be really really good at what you do!

i am good at what i do, im just better at php and pc repairs than i am at graphics

Not too bad, but it is kind of basic. You need more advanced things, and a deeper interface would be good.

ive decided - screw it ill do a professional looking layout so im just gonna do something along the lines of www.boxesandarrows.com - simple and effective.

I actually don't mind layouts like that all that much... I'm having a serious episode of designer block lately and I'm thinking of doing the same.
