feels a bit rushed to me, but its not bad. The colours do have a nice vibe. Spend some more time with it, and make it better! (and the text does need boldness)

FILTERS = Crap

photoshop filters or any filters apart from the blur ones are just pure evil. I can tell that this has used the wave filter.

Ditto what 5-0 said. The only filter I use is Gaussian Blur. If I make something abstract I may use a few, other than that don't waste your time using filters. There are a TON of other tools in Photoshop.

I'd say that piece is anghhh. I don't care for it much.

Yes, filters are bad, but I'm not one to talk. It feels very filtery. But I'm just reapeating what others have told you.
