I'm redesigning my site (http://www.buddyinfo.computed.net). It's going to basically the same content wise, except now I'm going to rely more on images. I'm also moving to a new server, so this is going to be a huge change for the site in general. Since I'm going with more images, I'm also going with frames. The standards can blow me for all I care. This all really came from a little test I did awhile ago (http://www.buddyinfo.computed.net/test.html). C+C the hell out of it please.

When you change it to blue, there's still a red outline on the scrollbar. However, when changed to red there isn't a blue outline. Was this intentional?

I like the simplicity of the layout. Pretty good color choices, but I'm not sure about that gray. Blue and orange are opposite colors on the color spectrum, so they fit together fine. However, the gray seems a bit out of place. Perhaps change it to a slightly darker blue or something?

The menu seems a little off center. It appears it's a bit off to the right.

Maybe add a little vector lines or something to make it a bit more appealing. It's nice, but 'too' simple. You need something to give it the extra kick.

Beneath the menu, why don't you have another box for affiliates or something? Looks like it could fit in there.

I noticed on the tabs, Menu and Shoutbox are centered, however, News is right aligned. Once again, I'm not sure if that's intentional.

Make the Innocent Insantity (Version 3.0) smaller, maybe size 6 or 8 font.

Overall, it's pretty simple. Nice. You just need to add a little something to spice it up. Perhaps you could make a logo of some sort and stick it somewhere.

S2F covered my two problems... making Innocent Insanity (Version 3) smaller and adding something to spice it up. I also think the affiliates box ideas was really good. I like the smooth feel of it and I think you did a pretty good job, but you need a banner or something to spice it up.

I'm sorry I don't have many more ideas...

The test, was just that, a test. I didn't go into much detail with anything, and when the experiment failed, I didn't try to make it work. The CSS was the main advancement I made with that.

The gray contrasts with both the blue and the orange, while a darker blue would just contrast with the orange. I think the design would be too top heavy then.

The menu was centered, I'll check to make sure.

80% done. The affiliate box was originally planned, but I scrapped that idea because I have no affiliates. I'm not a design website and don't intend to be one, so affiliating with them wouldn't make sense. In it's place I'm making statistics and copyright information. However, I think I'm going to have it as a rollover so that the Innocent Insanity logo would cover it until a button was rolled over, and then display the statistics.

The text is (now) aligned with the other boxes. It's hard to explain you'll understand when you see it.

I'm working on a logo, which will most likely replace it.

Oh, and about the where I've been comment. I've just not been visiting, this design was only started yesterday. The rest of the time was spent... I don't know, wasting time or something.

Looks pretty nice. I was thinking about make the affiliate box go in a bit. (Cut the length on the left a bit so it goes in). Other than that, nice job.
