sig - work in progress

ok so my friends asked me if il make a sig for him, with a final fantasy caharcter in it.

ive done some so far, but i wandered if someone could point me in directions to make it better?

i know the text is pretty much unreadable, but thats the font my friend sent and asked me to use.

any help would be appreciated.

There's not much more you need to do. It looks pretty good as it is.
Here's a bit that will make it look better:
Increase the contrast slightly (+5).
Use Lighting Effects to good measure.
Run Auto Levels, Auto Colour and Auto Contrast.
Add a border.

i would bring the render out a little more too...it seems to be hiding behind that glare a bit (on the right side of the face)...a dup layer with some adjusted layer properties should do the trick fine...

okies thanks ive sent the sig over to him now and he seems to like it. il mention working on it some more when i speak to him next see what he says.
