My first two "things" made in Photoshop + UPDATE 3rd sig

Below You can see my first two sigs made using Photoshop CS2. I'm new to PS, and I suffer from lack of creative imagination It's really hard for me to create sth, but when I have an idea, I try to make it as well as I can... I'm waiting for Your comments..

And Good Day to You All...

Not bad! They are a bit trendwhore, but the colors are nice and vibrant, and go together well, which is always a good thing!

Those are pretty nice.

The Splinter Cell one I think is a bit better. Nicer blend of colors. But both do seem a little bit stale compared to things that are popular now. You should definately try experimenting with different techniques and such. There are plenty in the tutorials here.

Keep on trying to come up with stuff. You'll eventually find something that sparks and idea. Just keep searching, sometimes takes quite a while.

Thanks for the comments (I still wait for more :P). Now I'm creating a bigger sig for my team in the clan, it will be like two similliar sigs joined together with sth between. When it is good enough (in my eyes) to show I'll post it here on in another topic...

Yep! That's cool work! The Unreal one isn't too bad, but the colours are a bit...shall we say, harsh?

Ooh, nice! You do require a border, though, like the one on my sig.

To be honest...I didn't do even a single tutorial for Photoshop before I made my sigs...I only watched twice as my friend did a sig and just tried to follow this at home, making my sig... I think that CS2 is quite simple, it's very clear, but has many advanced options. I just turned on my imagination and did what I saw in my thoughts

I'm very impressed with your first two creations in photoshop! I'm sure you will learn about all that PS has to offer, and quickly
