An attempt at vector-art

Here's one of my first attempts at vector-art... It's not yet finished, but I wanted to show you guys (and girl ) how it is coming along...

vector-art here...

I still have to do the face and some highlights and shadows all over...

But what do you think of it so far?

Hey man thats really nice, better than I can do, I've never tried Vecter. I should make Nikki teach me.. or you..

Anyway, nice bro, I do like it. Cleaner edges would be nice in some spots but its still real nice.

okay i guess,
to little detail dude and the edges are so jagged i could cut my face on them!

you should use macromedia freehand or illustrator fo vectors

well i hope it improves but that is better vector work than what i could do.

good job

I made it illustrator cs but I made a jpg of it to put it on the web, that's why the edges are so jagged...

And as I said.. it's not finished yet, I'm gonna work on it for a while and I hope it comes out nice...

A good start. Just work on the edges and stick in more detail, and you'll be way on your way to a winner! I've never been very good at vector art myself - bezier curves have always filled me with dread...

Wow, that's nice. I think I should try to teach myself how to do vectors.

Is it easy to do in Photoshop? I've heard it's a bit harder.

If I am correct.. Photoshop isnt really a vector art program, so it would be harder..

That's what I was saying. I've seen some vectors done with Photoshop, and they're amazing.
