maybe add a little white reflection over the pupil of the eye on the right? it would give it a spanking good look, i think! ^^

I agree on making the eye stand out a bit more.
and maybe a wee bit more gray in the outter parts, it looks great, just feel like the bottom left is a bit flat looking.
