i know more about (x)html/css than my professor does, so initially i was exempted from this web development class, but instead of getting exempt, he just told me not bother with the assignments and he'd just give me me an A. being that i know more than him, and i could easily get 100% in this course, i assumed i would get something like that, but after randomly checking my marks i see i'm getting the absolute minimum - 80%.
my class is completely incompitent => some couldn't code a hyperlink to save their life. after trying to explain it for 2 hours, i just did the assignment for him and he still messed it up - so naturally, my prof has assumed everyone is an idiot and keeps bugging me about deadlines because he nees to give everyone else as much time to design and code a full working website as possible.
so to get my gpa as high as i can, i've decided to take the cheapest way out and design a blog. now there's a couple things to note on this:
- i'm aware that's the limp bizkit guy, regardless of their music i've always liked that cd cover and i decided to vector it, i don't need to be told again, i'm fully aware. the site is just en excuse to do some strict coding and possibly complain about the people who tell me i didn't come up with the concept of that guy - it being the latest art pece i've done, i used it here, it only makes sense.
- this was designed to be as anally code driven as possible, so the only images will bee the background tile, the headr and the bird in the heading. the rest will all be code driven just to push some buttons.
anyways, i still care how it looks, so throw your thoughts at it. right now it's just a temp jpg because i've been coding for far too long tonight and frankly, i can't stand anymore right now. i'll do it up tomarrow.
