Hey guys i finished my v.3 template and all i have to do is make a preloader and a advertisement. Please tell me what you thinck and what i should change and make different or better

also the google ad isnt there becuase i have a friend who takes care of it and i need to contact him about his login info for the google/advertisement

Alright here we go (I'm going to be EXTREMELY picky):

Content

News - Whenever a news article is posted each individual has an avatar, correct? I recommend the avatar be aligned to the left so there isn't a bunch of empty space.
Lists - Each list has + as a bullet, however, it isn't in list form. Try to use <ul> or <li> and use bullets.
Comments/Send to a Friend - Capitalize the phrase just like I did. "Comments" and "Send to a Friend."
Contact Page - The contact form on your contact page is too large.
Comment - When you comment on one of the news posts it opens a page in the iFrame. One problem, iFrame is too small to accomodate the page. As a result there's a horizontal scrollbar. Maybe you could have the comment page open in a new window?
Send to a Friend - Like the comment page, the same problem applies.
a:hover - The color (#D3E6F0) is too harsh on the eyes when applied on the light grey BG. Try a darker color.
a:active - I noticed there's no active link. Did you forget?
CSS - Your CSS isn't valid. Look through your code and fix your mistakes. http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/v...usermedium=all

Design

v3 - The v3 centered on the header seems akward. It might just be my tastes, but I suggest you move it far left or far right.
Partner Scroller - Ughhh ... I don't know what to say. I never found news tickers attractive. Instead I recommend the 88x31 buttons be stationary and you use a js script that will rotation the banners.
Left/Right Borders - It doesn't transition smoothly with the diagonal scanlines. Either end the border at the black 1 px line and remove the blue, or have it blend into the BG.
Header - What image is that in the BG? Also, the content boxes titled Newest Partner, Newest Tutorial, and Newest Template should be placed elsewhere. Perhaps add another section to the left column or add another content box above your news section.
Font - What font are you using for your navigation/titles? Once again it might just be me but I don't think it flows too well. Also, what size the font? Maybe a smaller sized font would look cleaner.
Advertisement - Make sure that section is large enough to house Google AdSense. It looks a tad small at the moment.
Footer - It looks odd the footer ends abruptly. Maybe you could extend it to the bottom of the page? Or add onto the footer so it doesn't look like it ends so suddenly.

its taking years to load on 56k

ugly font in the content, use a serif font perhaps? maybe arial or a compacted verdana

the ticker is annoying

the links should be more contrasted and the login/register links should be the same as the rest

the whole thing should be 100% height
