Topaz Adjust Out of Memory Error

Well, I downloaded the trial version, loved it, and a few days ago I bought the full version. But to my utter dismay, now that I've bought it, when I use it on large photos (like 3000 x 3000 or 2000 x 2000), I get an "out of memory" message, even though I have a lot of memory. I went to Topaz Lab's support section and found that a lot of other people are having the same problem. I really hope they come out with a fix for this.

Just checked it out. That is so totally cool! I also noted that the coupon for $60 off is still good.

I thought I would share my sample too.

Interesting effect, but not something i would put on my photo's (if i even made those that is). It looks interesting as i already said, but not brilliant. I hate the bright orange on the cloud and the blurry look. The water looks so much greater though.

Sorry to dig up this old thread, but I thought it worth mentioning that a new version of Topaz Adjust (Version 3) has just been released.
Existing users are eligible for a free upgrade, too!

Here's what they say:
Quote:
We focused this release to address some of the key issues taken from the feedback of our user community:

- Usability: we developed a complete new user's interface, which includes a customizable color scheme, shortcut keys, adjustable preset preview, and convenient settings snapshots.

- Image processing: We added a new details processing mode which gives you more control over the final output by providing the option to separate exposure and details enhancement. This can greatly reduce noise amplification in certain images and provides more flexibility.

- Performance. Topaz Adjust v3 now uses less RAM and runs faster. You may now process larger images without difficulty.
This is the new interface:

I've just installed it and it looks great! Definitely worth getting.

I also received this good news this morning. At a first look it seems a bit more complicated than the previous versions. Maybe Topaz labs thought about that too and so you can still keep version 2.
Really one of my favourite plug-ins!

I like the new interface - it has a similar feel to Lightroom and Digital Film Tools.
