Need some tips

I'm working on this project and would like any advice that could bring the pics all together mainly the girl in the photo . Any help would be great........

Not sure what's going on with the girl - she looks kind of squashed-up - but you definitely need to remove the white fringing round the spider.
Try this:
  1. Activate spider layer (I'm assuming you've got it on a separate layer)
  2. Select Layer > Matting > Remove White Matte (or you could try Defringe)

Or an alternative:
  1. Ctrl+click on spider layer thumbnail to select all non-transparent content
  2. Select > Inverse
  3. Select > Modify > Expand (enter 1 pixel in the dialog)
  4. Select > Modify > Feather (enter 1 pixel in the dialog)
  5. Press Delete
This will shave off 1 pixel all the way around, hopefully removing the fringing.

Yep, I agree with tamlin. I also think that if you want to place more focus on the girl then I would flip the entire picture vertically and put her upright.
