if you need photos for a few bucks but in good quality you can look on istockphotos.com or fotolia.com. I like very much Fotolia, but is a personal taste.

what specifically are you looking for?
there's always google images, just change the setting to extra large images, and you'll find more than enough in there to mess around with, often with proper exif data intact.
