Future city making

Does anyone have a tutorial or any kind of advice for making a photo of a normal city look like one that's from the far future?

i think it's better if you hand draw it. if you're not THAT good at drawing (like me) and still want to use a photo, try desaturating or converting to B/W and then painting/editing with new colour, maybe on grayscale it's simpler to add some elements like airships and high density atmosphere shields...

and now i'm getting ideas too LOL

I saw one excellent city-making tutorial on tutorialseeker, redirected from deviantart i think. In my small experience Photoshop it was the best thing I ever saw made by Photoshop.

By the way, to get good results I think hand-drawing is the only way..I'm not too good at it, but i might try something else like dark fox suggested.
