Technique Found on Accident
Me and my girlfriend were messing around with my camera and stuff, and this is what I got



The flash froze her face and made it detailed, but the original slow shutter speed caught the trailing lights. I thought it was kinda neat, so I put it up.
(this was NOT planned, beilive me)
