New Camera

Well... I just ordered my new camera and I will have it next Tuesday. It's a Nikon D50... Nice camera with a good lens by default... not something you come across every day.

BTW... I found a good site for camera reviews: www.dpreview.com

Lucky you! One of my cameras was lifted a few months ago and I am having to make do with a rinky-dink Kodak digital and Canon Eos Rebel 35mm. Have been looking at new DSLR's, just hate to invest the hefty dough it takes to get a good shooter. Have fun!!

That camera looks tight.
I still use my Manolta Dynax SLR,
Ive often thought about perchasing a digital camera, when I can afford =D
but am often over whelmed with the variety out there.

nice camera indeed and I've heard also a lot of good things about dpreview. Seems to be very professional site and they know what they are talking about. Let us see your pics when you get the camera. I bet they are next to amazing. I would also like to get exited about photographing but my camera is pretty low-end these days so I can't get myself to it. I've seen amazing pics taken with the same camera which I have so in the end it's about WHO takes the pics than WHAT he/she is using.
