If I understand your question correctly, I think all you need to do is to copy the contents of the Photoshop Plug-ins folder to the Elements Plug-ins folder. I don't really know much about Elements, as I've only ever used the full versions of Photoshop, but the default location for the PS Plug-ins folder is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins. I imagine the Elements Plug-ins folder will be in a similar location. I'm not sure if all Photoshop filters work in Elements, though.

WEll I have a question???I got Photoshop free on Rapidshare.com..well most of the plugins... but I know there are more plugins to Photoshop....I recently got a copy of Photoshop ELEments 5 and I got this through having the Wacom pentablet. It came with it.... So... How do I get the filters shared here onto Photoshop ELEments 5....I know theres a way. I just havent found it yet....THanks much if you could reply to me it be great.....Mystdeeria...
