I am sitting here going through over 250 shots I took this eve. I hadn't realized I had so many (shooting compressed RAW and my shoot count wasn't accurate because of this). I realized the amount was huge when it took forever to download from direct from the camera. Now I understand why most people opt for a CF card reader. It drains my camera battery quickly to download many large photos.

So, now I have them loaded and I slowly go through them and start to discard the ones with no...

The different settings for aperture and shutter speed and their relation to one another has finally sunk into my head. Many times, I am too focused on the shot to think about what my settings are.... I know... scary isn't it. But, now that I am getting more practice and checking the settings to see what I used... its starting to finally "click"... and yes the pun was intended lol.

Well, I figured it was about time for my first blog post on here. I have another blog that I already have hard time keeping updated on regular basis so I don't know how often I will be able to post to this one.

So, what to talk about in my first post? How about photography since that has been my main interest as of recent.
