I'm afraid if you want someone to help you with this you'll need to be a lot more specific.
For example:
- You say you want a background - a background for what? Is it for a web page, or is it for printing? What size/resolution do you need? What file format?
- These people - what sort of people? Do you just want silhouettes, or do they need to be detailed? Do they need to be just standing there, or doing something - and if so, what?
- I'm totally confused about how you want these people coloured and positioned. First you say "2 people in the middle one all black and all white and then on the top of does two people half white and black" and then further on you say "1 peson white / 2 person black all blak and white..on the top center I want one person with black and white"
There are a lot of very talented and helpful people here, some of whom will be willing to help you out, but you need to give a much more detailed specification if you truly do want some assistance.
