well basically we are just working for ourselves, any templates u sell, u get half because the coder will be getting the other. somin like dat anyway.
only time limits u will have is if the contract has a deadline.
we all do a fair share on templates thats not really our problem atm, are real problem is we only have 1-2 coders myself and some other guy who isnt too experianced in advanced scripts.
way it works we get contract we select who ever is free to take it on and they get paid what is made, our director is actually gna make this company legit so we actually get signed for work instead of freelancing so its a good opportunity if your interested were just at early stages.
