Looking for a free host..

I read the rules but I dont know if this is exactly allowed.. ill re read them after i post this.. I hope no one kicks me for this. I had a choice between my personal domain www.ecntrcbeauty.org or a site for my son, i chose the site for my son b/c it was cheaper and plus i wasnt getting enough time and my site always ended up in hiatus b/c i was having problems with my husband and he wasnt letting me do my personal work, design and stuff like that. he would only let me do the work i get paid for, but now since weve pretty much resolved our problems, hes realized how important web designing is to me.. so.. that said.. lol. im looking for a free host. I know your own name and the ones you pay for are better.. i so know that.. more space and more choices of different things.. or maybe ill just make artwork and post it here and on DA. I dont really need a website, maybe when i get a few more clients, but any who .. id be looking for one that dosent have too many ads taking up space.. FTP account.. Ive used geocities in the past and angelfire but those are too NO to me. What do you think? If you could find one for $1.00 a month or something im sure my husband would let me.. I dont work.. I work from home on a few sites, but thats it. so its not a regular income. But if you need to erase this post go ahead. I just wanted to get out that I was looking for one.. no rush. Id be taking my time anyways since I have one hand tied behind my back.. thank god for The Wiggles and Lion King, the occupy him enough.. Thanks again..

It has a pretty decent service for being free. The uptime is not 100% but quite good. I've used it for a while now as my php development host. The only downside is that they display banners I believe.

I dont know how much space I would use. I hardly used anything on my other site. The only thing that maxed out the bandwidth was I was linking a song for myspace for a couple songs and yes Ive stopped doing that. Myspace is getting annoying but Im not too sure!? Maybe ill just keep making artwork and things and when im ready ill let you know? I dont know how many users ive attracted in the past, but when I was active building and designing it was alot but not really anymore since Ive disappeared from the net b/c of having my kid. Sh*t why do I always ramble.. sorry.. Im not sure how much Id use.. how much wouldyou give me..? Ill check out that site you gave me Gold. Thanks

I kinda dont want banners at all.. Id only get that if I got a paid site.. thats a great deal though Gold

Well, I have a few gig and I'm not sure either how much I'd use. I just signed up for this host for a year and I can park unlimited domains on the account. So, you could either buy a domain name and forward it to my host or I'll just give you a subdomain.

If you come up with an amount that you would use (disk space/bandwidth monthly estimate). I'll let you know if I can help ya.

shoots baloots, thanks for offering but im not sure how to like figure that out.. I cant get the stats from my old site, i think once ive closed the account it cant be retrieved.. I can email them and ask though.. I used my old site for, artwork, blog, pictures, links, I added new sections like clients, services.. Im better at coding than graphics. If i spend hours and hours on a graphic, then it turns out alright.. I didnt spend too much time for my layouts because I didnt have the time. So I wouldnt say Id spend too much of disk/bandwidth. I wouldnt be doing the pictures link because I just set up that website for my son. http://www.babyhomepages.net/zaiahboy No I didnt make that layout. Its just something you choose. Id probably only use webspace for artwork, clients sites, a blog, fav links and i think that would be it besides a contact page.. Ill let you know though.. btw i love your domain name..
