I'm sure that you are wise and grown up enough to wear it responsibly. now, im not trying to imply that you're old, just that as one ages they learn to refine things like perfumes and makeup to whats natural.
just as pre and young teens wear clown makeup, as they learn, they refine the art.
patchouli is just a bit dry smelling to me. its exotic in a "what i think the egyptian tombs smelled like when reopened" kind of way. Ditto for sandalwood. both seem like dusty, dry, scents of the ages.
and these guys had it on sooooo strong that 2 days after they left i can still smell it where they parked their car.
perfumes should be a subtle hint of scent that wafts over the nose but dosent overpower the rest of the scents that nature provides. a temptation if you will. a seductive invitation to come closer and sample the olfactory delight of pheremones mixed with perfume. and perhaps other intimacies.
it should not be used to cover odors. (or lack of bathing)
just my 2 (oh crap ive gone blind: cant find the cents symbol on my keyboard!! why do they do that to me. sure put the dollar sign on there but..... my computer dosent make cents. somebody stop me.....)
