I totally empathize with STM and Unleash. It's tough being a genius.
At 16, I took a dual credit grammar class at the community college, and I was the only one with a decent command of grammar (other than the teacher, who knew what she was doing). But what really irks me are grade curves. If they did things right, and I were the only one to earn a 90, I would be the only one to receive a 90. Everyone else would get whatever they got. But wait- there's a curve! Now the idiot who should have failed got an 80. Now he'll be crowding the classes I want and holding everyone else back. Okay, rant's over. Synthetic, you rock. Go entrepreneurs!

well thats just not true turvas, instead of picking on one person we where just picking on a whole community of persons! And off course the one that thought everything up

I really hope you reconsider, and stick with us here at biorust! Maybe we should have stopped earlier, but if you warned us we would have stopped(right?) So instead of leaving biorust join us once more in our quest for creativity!!

btw: im having fun my entire day whether or not Im at biorust( at the moment I earn money for doing nothing, that fun, really !)

I can have plenty of fun without putting down people or picking on them.
but if you leave you will never see.
and....always feel more than free to let me know AHEAD of time when i begin to poke too hard.
and never worry about hurting my feelings.
(after all everyone has an opinion, and it doesn't have to match mine or anyone else's.)

yeah Turvas... I guess I thought the poking was mutual since we were being called "oldies" that probably didn't know the slang for a B-52 but hey... that's the internet and things are taken the wrong way everyday. Sorry, you felt you were being treated badly because that is not how it was intended... it was only good natured "ribbing" as most friendly people do amongst each other where I am from.

You should learn to lighten up and not take things (especially on the net) so serious. Believe me... I am a good person to give this advice because I had to learn myself not long ago... life is too short to let others get you upset so easily... especially others that really play no role in your immediate life like your closer family, friends, and administrators/employers.

Come.. go... either way... sorry if I was the reason you left because it appears you have others here that will miss you. I am the new guy... maybe I should go if that was the case.

Turvas, I think we all are sorry for poking you to hard and in the wrong place. Do note that it was not meant as poking more as friendly poking....(damn this would be so much easier in dutch!). I thought that everyone was poking everyone as much as possible.

You must realise that nothing that was written was meant with any malice - it's like synthetic says: "it was only good natured 'ribbing' as most friendly people do amongst each other."

Anyhow - you must do whatever you feel is right. Stay or go: it probably won't matter to us or to you in the long run.

yeah... but that was indirect... this was pointed directly reason I even acknowledge it... actually its kinda funny considering the sensitivity to the "less than threatening" remarks made previously by others... respect is a two way street... going one way is never a good way to get it back

how about we talk about food? What does everyone like to eat? Should be interesting considering the different regions represented here.

Personally, I have been eating a lot of brats lately. Love cooking them up the grill with some onions and peppers.

Synthetic - not sure what brats are ( in U.K. they're normally spoilt kids ?) but if they are food related i'm sure I'd enjoy them with onions and peppers too

I enjoy everything - from homemade cooking to Italian, Indian, Chinese, etc lol I'm a food-a-holic I also like desserts too

@ Turvas's comment , can I just say we only poked in a fun way , stabbing in face is abusive !! Did we poke with pointy sticks - answer NO !!!
