Hi there, figured this was the first place I should post in

I'm from Scotland , land of the Scotch !
I work in a print design shop and am currently in need of help with Illustrator
although I don't see an Illustrator section.

Have worked with Freehand for a few years but we are moving on to using IllustratorCS2 as a lot of clients favour this format.

I'm really looking for 2 questions to be answered:
1> How do you automatically centre an item on the page ?
2> How do you resize an object on the page using exact measurements

both of which are very easy in Freehand
