Just to say Hi and introduce myself. I love to play around with Photoshop (CS2-cant afford to upgrade to CS3!!!!!!!!!!!!) but sadly time is fairly limited and a wife that nags if I spend too much time on it (she calls it playing!!!).

Am always on the lookout for simple techniques to transform photographs and when I really get to grips with this site I hope to contribute.

I'm intrigued to find methods to create high definition colour and proude the low lying mist effect on water shots.

Love the way that the site differentiates between basic, intermediate, advanced etc.

If by "high definition colour" you mean HDR images, there are also a few threads here about that - try the Site Search function (top right of the page).

Speaking of HDR, I would suggest checking out one of my favourite aritsts ridethespiral1 on deviantART , especially Mime HDR by *ridethespiral1 on deviantART . That picture is just awesome, also he explains how he does it in the picture comments.
