How is it hanging
yo im new here and i was kinda hopin i could learn some design and stuuf \of that sort. and i need some help with a template, im a diehard socom 2 playa (fuk s3) and i have a clan , i need a template for the site , i have a forum up but not much cause im a nub

I'm sure you can find some tutorials for cool templates (Photoshop) in the tutorials section! If there's any problem, just ask someone in the forum. Don't worry, most of us are VERY glad and helpful!
