I noticed from your profile that you're in Australia - I think at the time you posted it was very early in the morning in the UK and very late at night in most of the US. Don't worry, things will liven up later.

Click on User CP near the top of the screen, then click on the Edit Avatar link on the left side of the screen. You can choose an existing avatar or upload one of your own - although the size of your image is limited to 100 by 100 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).
