Cool stuff, man. I hate flash, so anything anyone does in flash looks spectacular to me.

It looks pretty good. A bit plain, but plain works effectively with sites that are supposed to teach. Nothing worse than a tutorial site that is difficult to navigate. The animated header is also quite interesting.

One point that I think you should change is that you should definately eliminate most of those adds. They are very cluttering and look cheap.

I would also make sure that all of your tutorials have thumnail links instead of text "click here" links. It is rarely a good idea to actually make the words "click here" or anything of that nature a link, you should type out what you are linking to. I only saw a couple instances of this, but I think thumbnails should definately be added.
