"Isn't it funny how it grows?"
I'm Naomi, a soon to be 17-year-old journying around. I graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High at 15, and have been out of school since. I spend the majority of my time in the "local scene" as a promotional piece for many bands. [Such as: Deadstar Assembly, Human Factors Lab, Flirting Through Violence, and Formula Redux.] As well as being one of their friends in many cases, and a section of serious support over the years.
Before leaving Middle School I had been accepted into D.A.S.H., expecting to go into Industrial Design. Within the sumemr break I made the choice of not attending this school...instead to stay in my group of friends, into Public School. Bad choice, but un-changable. I followed that choice, by deciding to work out of School much faster.
I do not plan to take my art into a working field in the near future...instead I wantthe solid plan of becoming a R.N., and going back to school Part Time for Art Degree's later in life.
However it is still my current passion and I will lavish it until that time. Thus, I came here. To further skills, learn some tricks, and gain more resources.

Well, that's a very interesting introduction. Sounds like you're a whiz in school. What school do you plan to attend to become a R.N.?
I hope you enjoy yourself here and soak in the knowledge that is BioRUST.

Well...I dunno, I am leaving Miami in a few months. We are moving to Wilmington, N.C. - So I don't have a clue on schools out there. Besides that, affording anythingm ore then Community is out of the question, heh.
I finished early because I went and did a Home School course, so my Diploma is only accepted so many places. Part of doing it was health issues I have, missing 3 months of school due to Hospital time. Otherwise I'm a normal student. I took in A's and D's, depending on subject. Out of a 99 in English and Mathematics on the F-Cat I came back with a 98 English...and a 78 Math.

Wow, give me a week to process and I'll get back to you after I finish a few jello shooters and a 12 pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Plans very rarely go as expected.
My plans have pretty much foiled me for the last year and am stuck in hell.
Welcome to biorust.

vBulletin has text functions, who knew (even though I know them well enough)..
Graduating from home school has it uses, and it's downfalls. I was lucky that around here (Southern California), we have a few programs that are more or less Home School with a Teacher, so my diploma states a real High School.
R.N's are really needed from what I hear, it should not be hard to get there. I suck at math too, but speak flawless english (considering it is the only language that I know how to speak). Anyhow, welcome to Biorust, enjoy the community and ignore us all bashing each other with blunt objects, it is a fun pastime
