thanks ya'll. been looking through a lot of the artwork on this site, most of it's really tight!
I just uploaded a wallpaper, something i made a bit ago.

to Man1c M0g, I would love to say I get to be creative and use whatever talent I may have on a daily and professional basis, but I work for a newspaper doing ads. Most of my creativity is either put at bay by sales reps or customers..

Don't get me wrong, i love my job. I just wish someone would pay me to sit at a dual 21" lcd desktop setup with all the latest software and I could do nothing but create. No deadlines, customer opinions, or bullsh1t!

Hello Wisconsin! Glad to have you aboard mate. I understand the creative stiffle one can feel by doing ads. I was editor in chief of an outdoor magazine once and often had to build ads. I still do graphic work for book covers, cds etc....but can't say I enjoy it as much as I enjoy other projects that allow me a lot more creative latitude. The most fun I have had recently was creating the textures for the bowling balls on a computer game, the studio gave me some themes, but let me have carte blanche on what I wanted to create. But most of the time, I'd rather just be out taking pictures.
