#1) .rar isn't a really great format to provide archives. Use .zip instead.

#2) The language settings done stay put. Set it to English and then click a link it reverts to Russian.

#3) this text "This image may be subject to copyright." clearly shows that you're "lifting" or "borrowing" art and don't want to he held liable. If you provide a download link you are liable.

As a site (layout, color scheme ) its pretty neat!

But I have to agree on the copyright thing with jolt! If you are doing some illegal things down there, don't try to put a disclaimer under it...it wont do any good in court

About the rar format....I don't see the problem, I believe that even winzip can "unrar" those files.

I don't host that pictures (exept of my own artwork), only provide links to sites, where it indicated, that they are free for use.
In my country is not forbiden to provide direct links to files from other sites yet (as in Europe), but you are right, i see there may be a problem someday.
Maybe a'll change this situation and clean content soon.
By the way, does anybody have idea of what content and services of this site could be? My first idea was to create a site with good domain name i've got for me and artists who are selling their artwork, (and for my training in web-programming as well), but what could be most interesting for international users?
