is it possible to vector this?

I've never vectored before and i'm trying to make a flyer for a show coming up, if its poss able could i get some links to tutorials that will help me with what i need to know, or you guys could just tell me how to. I'm not trying to color it all in, just do whats there, darker, and more computer art esque if you know what i mean.
