[HELP!!] I need this logo re-worked..

ok guys don't laugh...I'm a flyer designer but was asked to make a logo for a new club/restaurant. It's supposed to be a cow head (not smiling, just a normal cow), and the body is supposed to be the name of the restaurant Quattro, and ends in a fish tail, with chopsticks in the upper left corner, and musical notes in the bottom right. My first attempt sucks!!! can anyone help me re-design it??? here's the gory details....

my only suggestion is lose the details if you can.

right now you have like 5 completely different styles in the logo, a logo should only have 1-2 (in my opinion, others might disagree)

could you explain why you have to have so much detail in the logo?

That's a lot to force into a logo. I'd suggest losing the musical notes and chopsticks. Perhaps just add a tagline (Great music, great food... or something like that).

As for the rest of it. definitely lose the detail, you don't have to be so litteral to get the idea across.
