Do anyone know where I kan get nice, free, good Illustrator custom shapes?

You won't find many custom shapes as such for Illustrator, because the program itself is a tool for making them. You'd be better perhaps looking for Vector sources (i.e. completed scenes in themselves). That said, you can find symbols over at http://share.studio.adobe.com/axBrowseSubmit.asp?t=79 - is that what you are looking for?

Deviantart has a vector resource section: there are a few REALLY good .ai files there but not many.

or you can get shapes for Photoshop, convert to a path and open in Illustrator

You may also use dingbats, ornament fonts and symbols. When you use dingbats do create the outlines to them and they are ready to use.
