Problem With Regitration Code...?

This is what I used to create my form. Now register on my test website:

It claims it sent an email, but it's been over 2 hours now and no email. I made sure to change the sending URL to mine and the website name, but still nothing. I created 3 accounts, and my SQL database has the data accounts stored. What's going on?

Have you tried sending it to a different e-mail account? Some e-mail servers may not accept mail() messages. Have you checked your spam box?

You might want to add the headers that you can find at PHP: mail - Manual . I think they are supposed to help.

No, I tried using all types of emails (I have tons of emails, lol), but none of them work. :/
