what is the css script to open link to new window?

Hello there,
Im using dreamweaver to build website and not very good at it...
Currently i'm building a website that have free vouchers..
What i want is when users click the vouchers they will linked to another window...
I got headache with all the scripts..and until now i dunno how to do it

please view my website to see my point..

select the images that u want to do the link..at the properties inspector..
at the link tab:set your link page name
at the the target tab: set to" _blank"

and one more thing..are you sabahan?

i think you want to do some pop up window..ok..like tamlin says.."teach a man how to fishing is better than give him fish everyday"...take a look at this tutorial..try yourself and explore..
