multiple versions of internet explorer

As far as I know all the bug fixes and hacks we used for ie6 are discarded in ie 7. So if something worked in ie 6 it won't work in ie 7.. Something in the likes of:

Why dont you just use MultipleIEs (http://tredosoft.com/Multiple_IE), it contains 3 to 6 versions of IE, they are standalone, the browsershots web site is good, if you want to check the look of your web site, on other OS's.
