HTML header coding problem

I just started to do a new layout to my home site... And i used one tutorial for that there is so bad codind tutorial and i cant understand that.. So is there any how can help me for coding a header if someone send me private message i can tell my layout beta adress.. Many thanks for helper! (My english can be bad, sorry im from finnish.)

Hi Joona. If you have trouble stating your problem in english then maybe I can help you in Finnish since I'm from there too. After that we can write the actual problem and solution in english so that others can find/read it too.
