Well, it really depends whether you want to spend money or not. If you want something free, then OSWD over at
http://www.oswd.org is ok. There's a ton of crap there, but also some absolute gems of design too. If you are prepared to pay, then
http://www.templatemonster.com do some reasonable designs too... but they tend to be quite 'trendwhore', and have their own distinctive style which clients will notice to be a 'templatemonster design'.
