Membership problems

I am going thru the membership tut and I am having the same problem as most others have had with it.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxxx/public_html/member/config.php:6) in /home/xxxx/public_html/member/login.php on line 27

I have checked my Session_starts and they are all on line 2 immediatly following the <?php. I have also checked to make sure there are no spaces in front of any <?php tags.

Can you post a corrected config.php and login.php? This error even comes up when I use the original source files.

wow we really need a FAQ thread for this tutorial...

if you read the error, it tells you that on line 6 of config.php is where the sessions are first started, and line 27 of login.php is where the script is trying to re-send header information.

if you can't figure out from that what's wrong, post those lines of code.

Ok, I got it fixed. There were two blank lines after the ?> at the end of config.php

After removing the blank lines it works.
