Url Icon ?
I have always wondered how you get those tiny little icons next to your urls in browsers like FireFox. Yet I have never.. ever.. seen a single tutorial, or even a mention on how to do it.
Can someone maybe let me in on this little secret, lol. I'm sure it's not to hard to do.
If your using an IE browser then you pry have no idea what i'm talking about, but as far as I know, you can see these little icons to the left of the url box in the top taskbar on Mozilla FireFox browser.

It's called a favicon.
Here's some information:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon
Here's a Photoshop tutorial:

Hmmm. I think i'll add a favicon tutorial onto my 'tutorials to-do' list. There's a specific way to create them in Photoshop, yet very few tutorials exist on the subject... I reckon it'd be a good addition...

I agree, you most DEFINITELY should make a tut on that.
I ended up downloading a free program to make mine, cause i couldn't figure out how to save something to a .ico file with photoshop.
and whatnot

Well, there seemed to be some demand for it, so I've published a tutorial on this topic. You can find it over on

Hell no! I'm afraid that whilst I'm a photoshop expert, i'm no good at traditional art... and this picture is actually drawn with coloured pencils and paper! The artist goes by the name of 'Braford', and he's pretty well known as a furry/anthro artist.
