HTML - Stretch Layout
I've made a layout, is it possible to let the layout (the pictures) stretch, to fit on the screen

You can set the picture height and width's as 100%, but this is a non-standard way of doing it and will not work in firefox/opera. The best way to have images that stretch is to make it tilable and then define it as a background of a cell (perhaps with a few CSS definitions too).
